Jan is our office associate and is usually the first person that you'll come in contact with when you call our office. Jan’s position involves many tasks including managing the office, coordinating painting projects, marketing, and scheduling appointments. It is her goal to ensure that your project is scheduled and completed in a timely and professional manner. Jan is the communication hub of CertaPro. Jan enjoys being a part of the CertaPro family, a team passionate about servicing you, our clients and providing solutions to your challenges. When not working, Jan enjoys traveling, and has been to many exotic and interesting places. Aside from traveling, Jan loves gourmet cooking and working out. Jan lives with her husband Jimmy and their two cats, Shortie and Angel.

Brad Dishong

Brad Dishong carries an integral role at CertaPro Painters serving as a Production Manager. His responsibilities include distributing projects, training and overseeing our crews. Brad also inspects all jobs to ensure that they are completed on time and at the highest level of quality. All of what Brad does is focused on maintaining a positive relationship with you, our client. His goal is to have you as a “customer for life.” Brad’s background includes 20 years of construction experience in both residential and commerical arenas from the ground up, start to finish. He enjoys woodworking, hiking with my wife (Daisy) and following the lacrosse team from Slippery Rock University where my daughter (Brianne) plays lacrosse.

Jesse joined CertaPro Painters in the year 2000. Prior to becoming a team member at CertaPro, he managed a Sherwin Williams store for 6 years creating a wealth of product knowledge. This great training enables him to provide you, CertaPro’s valuable client with answers and solutions to your paint issues or questions. His main objective is to determine your personal expectations and needs around a painting project, and provide a detailed proposal that gives you and your home the attention it deserves. Attention to detail matters as it is Jesse’s goal to make sure your story has to be told only once throughout your painting experience. Jesse happy to be married to his lovely wife Rosann for 9 years and they have 2 beautiful children Caitlyn(8) and Ethan(5).

Jeff Mitchell is the General Manager of the commercial division of our company which includes selling and managing local and national painting projects. His background includes more than fourteen successful years as a store manager and outside sales/serving representative with The Sherwin Williams Company. His primary functions are to ensure that or commercial relationships grow through delivering more than a promise. Jeff knows this is being achieved as customers have projects done by our crews over and over again… When not taking care of you, our clients Jeff can often be found enjoying boating, fishing, or having fun with his wife Mary and their dog Misty.

Mike became the first owner of a CertaPro Painters franchise in Cleveland in late 1997. He transitioned into his business after a successful executive career with College Pro Painters as a Senior Business Manager. Mike’s desire for long term relationships lead him to start a CertaPro business in Cleveland. Since then, Hopkins Service/CertaPro Painters in Cleveland has become the premiere painting company in the market, fueled by a great team… a professional management staff and first class painters. Mike is blessed to be married to Kristen (15yrs) and they together have four terrific boys- Will(13), Jack(11), Luke(8) and Mikey (6).
